The Ontario Association of Architects (OAA), which is a self-regulating organization under the Architects Act, a statute of the Government of Ontario, took a historic digital transformation utilizing Advantage CSP. The OAA is compromised of over
7,590 members and is dedicated to promoting and increasing the knowledge, skill and proficiency of its members, and administering the Act, to serve and protect the public interest.
After 10 years on a dated platform the OAA needed a new digital platform that would meet AODA accessibility standards and provide a more human digital experience by delivering information clearly to all its members and the public. Trust and integrity is central to the Ontario Association of Architects mission, and doing so they required a digital platform that enabled them to be more transparent and have content more easily digestable on all platforms, whether that be on a desktop, tablet or mobile device.
Working with our Toronto Partner,
Enginess, the OAA utilized Advantage CSP’s multi-experience capabilities and suite of content publishing features, as Enginess’ Director of Digital Strategy, Simone Abel, stated the new website as “an impressive showpiece of a content- and user-first approach to digital experience design.”
Advantage CSP powers two separate websites through a single connected platform. One experience designed for the public and another for their member audience. Advantage CSP's inherent multi-tenant capabilities allowed the OAA to not only protect their mission in serving the public interest as a regulator of their profession, but allow the public easy access to learn more about members, gain more information about illegal practice, complaints and discipline processes, or registrar investigations.
