With over 18,000 members and volunteers, the Hospice Palliative Care Ontario is an integral piece of Ontario’s healthcare system. The HPCO is a provincial association of hospices and palliative care providers, professionals, and volunteers throughout Ontario.

The HPCO had reached the limited use of its current learning management system and would not have been able to meet its 2020 and beyond vision without a chance. They worked with our Toronto partner Enginess on technology procurement, where they found Advantage CSP to be able to provide them with the advanced features and flexibility they were looking for.

Utilizing Advantage CSP’s Learning Management System, the HPCO was able to build interactive self-paced online courses that are designed to help prepare their members and volunteers to engage with clients through their network in Ontario.

After an extensive content strategy review, Advantage CSP was able to support their information modeling to target multi-audiences. Advantage CSP enabled Capstone Infrastructure with a platform that is user-friendly and were able to deploy a brand refresh quickly.
